Romans 8:29 clearly reveals God's will and plan for our lives: "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren." I would like to share with you a poem the Lord gave me Jan. 24, 1995. It remains the burning desire of my heart.
Reflection
Oh, how I long
To mirror His beauty.
When I simply serve,
For love, and not duty.
I was His reason
For dying that day;
Now He'll be my reason
For living this way.
Walking in peace,
Safe and secure,
While His Word makes me -
Holy and pure.
One day like Him,
I, too shall be.
And standing before Him,
This likeness He'll see.
